3.3 Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication for your account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your second factor authentication method.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

5.3 AI-Generated Content: Outputs generated by our AI models are provided for your use but remain subject to these Terms. You may not use AI-generated content to train competing AI models or services.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA

8.1 AI ACCURACY: THE SERVICE USES ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE THAT MAY GENERATE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR ERRONEOUS RESULTS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR PROFESSIONAL DECISIONS.

8.2 PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: THE SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURAL, LEGAL, OR CONSTRUCTION ADVICE. YOU SHOULD CONSULT QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR ALL CRITICAL DECISIONS.

8.3 SERVICE AVAILABILITY: WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.4 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: THE SERVICE INTEGRATES WITH THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (SUCH AS PROCORE, GOOGLE CLOUD, OPENAI). WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AVAILABILITY, FUNCTIONALITY, OR CONTENT OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEEP MAG, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.3 SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deep Mag and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
a. Your use of the Service
b. Your violation of these Terms
c. Your violation of any rights of another party
d. Content you upload or process through the Service

11. TERMINATION

11.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

11.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if:
a. You violate these Terms
b. You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
c. We discontinue the Service
d. For any other reason at our sole discretion

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

12.1 Third-Party Services: The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Procore). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

12.2 OAuth Tokens: When you connect third-party services, we securely store OAuth tokens on your behalf. You may revoke these connections at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
